There’s something undeniably charming about a dog with large ears, isn’t there? In this case, Bailey looks as though he could be swept away by the wind at any moment, carried off on a grand cloud adventure. Fortunately, he’s not about to let that happen. Bailey is dedicated to his role as a meteorologist and won’t let his most distinctive feature—his ears—be the thing that knocks him down (or lifts him away!).

While we’re not sure who’s in charge of handing out the “Employee of the Month” award at the meteorologist’s office, we think Bailey deserves it for this delightful picture alone.
